Information, advice and guidance

We are accredited for complying with the MATRIX standards for information, advice and guidance services and follow the National IAG Board Principles.

We pride ourselves in the quality and depth of support we offer to our learners.

All of our staff are committed to providing free, impartial, accurate and accessible information and advice to members of the public and to our existing learners.

If you are not sure which is the right course for you we can discuss and advise you about courses in our service and in the local area.

All of our courses have a 'course details' leaflet that give further information about each course and who it is aimed at.

Once enrolled on an adult education course, should you need more in-depth support such as career guidance or other learning opportunities, we can refer you to the appropriate organisations in the area.

If you have any queries please email: adulteducation.enquiries@northlincs.gov.uk
