As a learner with us we will tell you:
- About the courses we offer
- How the course will be run and when the holidays are
- Who to speak to if you can't attend
- How you are getting on with your work
- About qualifications and where to go to next.
As a learner with us we will make sure:
- You are treated the same as other learners
- You are given the help and support you need
- The teaching is of a high standard
- Where you learn is safe and comfortable
- You are valued and respected
As a learner we expect you to:
- Come to classes on time
- Tell us if you can't come to a class
- Do your work on time and to your best ability
- Make sure it's your own work
- Make sure you and others keep safe
- Be polite and not use any words or signs that may upset others
- Discuss your work and progress with your tutor.
To enrol on an adult community learning course you must complete an enrolment form and send it to your local adult community learning centre along with payment and proof of benefits if you are entitled to a nil or reduced fee.
