How much will it cost

As long as you are aged 16 or over you are welcome to join any course listed in the current brochure. The fees for courses are shown in the lists of courses.

Fees for vocational courses (those that are certificated) are usually indicated in coloured text in the printed copy of the brochure. If you are viewing the courses online please ask the centre whether your course is vocational or non-vocational if you are unsure.

Vocational course fees are set in line with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) requirements. Fees for non-vocational courses are based on the following rates:

Category A Beginners £1.60 per hour
Category B Progression £2.20 per hour
Category C Sports/Leisure £2.90 per hour

All learners will be charged a £5 administration fee for each non-vocational, full-term course enrolment, including those eligible for a reduced fee.

Evidence must be produced to support a nil fee or reduced fee at the time of enrolment.
