The Adult Education Service

The council's Adult Education service provides daytime and evening courses to anyone aged 16 or over.

We have four main centres serving the North Lincolnshire community. This includes three purpose built state of the art facilities. We can provide services in many community venues, reaching even the most remote communities.

We specialise in the following curriculum areas:

• Skills for Life (adult basic skills of literacy and/or numeracy)
• English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL)
• Information Communication Technology (ICT and Digital Media)
• Arts and crafts
• Early years and childcare education and training
• Further Education Teacher Training (City & Guilds).
• E-learning across all curriculum areas.
• Languages including French, Spanish, Spanish for business and Italian
• Family Learning
