Implementing Electronic Government
Our Implementing Electronic Government (IEG) statement explains how the council is using, and intends to use Information and Communication Technology to:
- provide convenient, quality and responsive services to citizens and businesses,
- meet national targets for the provision of services delivered electronically, and
- achieve continuous improvement in value for money.
The IEG statement sets out in some detail our approach to e-service delivery and the range of innovative plans we have in place.
