The council will allow you to use its information for your own personal use. This includes material provided to you under the Freedom of Information Act.
Please note that the supply of documents under Freedom of Information does not give the person or organisation who receives them an automatic right to re-use the documents in a way that would infringe copyright, for example, by making multiple copies, publishing or issuing copies to the public.
If you want to use the information for anything else, you must apply to the council for permission under the Reuse of Public Sector Information Directive.
If you make an application, we will respond within 20 days. Reuse of this information will be subject to the terms of the licence found below.
The council may make a charge for allowing you to reuse the information. If this is the case, we will notify you of the charge when you apply.
