Licensing consultation

Sex establishment licensing policy

North Lincolnshire has adopted schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (as amended by section 27 of the Policing and Crime Act 2009) in order to regulate sex shops, sex cinemas and sexual entertainment venues in the area.

A draft policy has been prepared and interested parties are invited to make written representation to:

Consultation closes on Friday 21 January 2011.

Any comments after this date may not be taken into consideration.

Licensing Act and Cumulative Impact policies

The consultation period for the Licensing Policy and Cumulative Impact Policy has now closed.

The amended policies are due to go before the Licensing Committee on 16 November 2010 and before the Full Council on 21 January 2011.
