Licences

North Lincolnshire Council issues licences for a range of things. These include:

  • Approved marriage/partnership premises
  • Boatman's licences
  • Boarding kennels, home boarding, dog breeding, pet shops, zoos, riding establishments and dangerous wild animals
  • Cosmetic piercing, electrolysis, acupuncture, tattoo, semi permanent skin colouring
  • Club premises
  • Gambling, adult gaming centres, betting (including tracks), bingo, family entertainment centres and gaming permits (AWPs)
  • House to house, street collections, street trading and street activities
  • Lotteries
  • Premises (regulated entertainment/alcohol/late night refreshment)
  • Personal licence (sell/authorise the sale of alcohol)
  • Taxi drivers, hackney carriages, private hire operators and vehicles
  • Scrap metal dealers, motor salvage and cooling towers
  • Sex establishments
