North Lincolnshire Council was the first council to achieve Investors in Diversity (Level 2). The council achieved the standard in August 2010.
The Investors in Diversity Standard is awarded to those organisations able to demonstrate that they have reached the required level in proactively promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
