While community cohesion activity has taken place in North Lincolnshire, there has been no strategic approach by agencies, the council or the local strategic partnership. Cohesion must be part of all the work we do and needs to be considered when we plan our services. North Lincolnshire Council has now drawn up a three year action plan which has priorities and a common vision:
