Council tax

Council tax is made up of four elements:

1. A charge by North Lincolnshire Council for services.
2. The precept made by town and parish councils.
3. A Police Authority precept.
4. A Fire Authority precept.

The total council tax charge for each property will therefore vary depending on its location.
