The ground floor

The ground floor of Pittwood House hosts the foyer mosaic, council chamber, staff canteen and the functions rooms.

The International Room is located behind the council chamber.

It was named to reflect twinning links with North Lincolnshire, and arrangements that continue to exist between the council and the French town of Clamart, German towns of Luneburg and Landkreis Gifhorn, and the Polish town on Ostrowiec.

Inside the International Room are photographs and paintings of the four 'twinned' towns.

Also on the ground floor are Function Room One and Function Room Two.

These rooms double up as function and meeting rooms for the council.
