The council invited residents to have their say on how it engages with the public regarding planning matters.
The aim of the Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) is to help strengthen community involvement in planning. It also aims to improve the overall representation and involvement across all sections of the community.
The statement is part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The LDF is a folder of documents which cover a variety of topics that affect everyday life in North Lincolnshire, for example, where new housing should be located.
