The thirteenth Survey of the Community Panel was carried out between 10 May and 15 June 2003 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
In total 1103 residents took part in this survey which covered six broad areas:
- Local elections
- Community involvement
- Policing
- Trading Standards
- Travel and Transport
- Libraries
