The results of the Second Survey of the Community Panel were published in October 1999. Overall, 675 responses were received which represents a 45% response rate. The questions asked covered the following six areas:
- Getting in Touch with the Council
- Understanding What the Council Does
- Accessing Social Services
- Roads, Pavements and Street Lighting
- How the Council Works
- What kind of Modern System?
By selecting any of the above headings you are able to view all of the questions asked in that section and the community panel's responses.
If you wish you can also view and print a copy of the Report Summary or download a copy of the full report (in either PDF or Word 97 format).
