The fourteenth Survey of the Community Panel was carried out between 27 September and 1 November 2003 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
In total 1100 residents took part in this survey which covered five areas:
- Council budget priorities
- Crime busters charter
- Policing
- Direct magazine
- Community Consultation Groups
