The results of the First Survey of the Community Panel were published in June 1999. Overall, 775 responses were received which represents a 46% response rate. The questions asked covered the following eight areas:
- Living in North Lincolnshire.
- North Lincolnshire Council's Identity and Image.
- The Role of North Lincolnshire Council in Local Life.
- The Performance of North Lincolnshire Council.
- Access to Council Services.
- Opportunities for Participation.
- Future Priorities.
- Other Comments.
