The Ninth Survey of the Community Panel was carried out during January and February 2002 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
In total 1,106 residents took part in this survey which covered six broad areas:
- Identity and Image of North Lincolnshire.
- Children's Fund.
- The Environment.
- Access to Council services.
- Contact with the Council.
- Policing.
