Seventh Community Voice Questionnaire

The Seventh Survey of the Community Panel was carried out during June and July 2001 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.

This was the first survey following the end of year renewal when one-third of the panel were replaced in order to keep the panel as representative as possible and to give as many residents as possible the chance to take part.

As always it is our aim for the panel to include all sorts of people - across different age groups, both male and female and from all of the electoral wards in North Lincolnshire.

Around 1,100 residents took part in this survey which covered six broad areas:

  • Markets.
  • Contacting the Council by telephone.
  • Dealing with the Council electronically.
  • Waste Management.
  • The new Council Magazine 'Direct'.
  • Policing.

By selecting any of the above headings you are able to view all of the questions asked in that section and the community panel's responses.

If you wish you can also view and print a copy of the Report Summary or download a copy of the full report, in either Portable Document File (PDF) or Word format.
