The twelfth Survey of the Community Panel was carried out between 11 January and 2 February 2003 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
In total 1104 residents took part in this survey which covered five broad areas:
- Transforming North Lincolnshire
- Involvement with local government
- Council services over the Internet
- Policing and community safety
- Child care
