The Eleventh Survey of the Community Panel was carried out during 14 September and 6 October 2002 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
Since the tenth survey, a programme of panel refreshment has been carried out to replace all respondents who were recruited as part of the second phase of the panel.
In total 1037 residents took part in this survey which covered seven broad areas:
- Funding of Leisure Services
- Image of North Lincolnshire
- Public Consultation
- Policing
- Better Homes
- Neighbourhood Services
- Council Tax
