The Tenth Survey of the Community Panel was carried out during May and June 2002 by QCL, the consultants working on behalf of North Lincolnshire Council.
Since the ninth survey, a programme of panel refreshment has been carried out to replace all respondents who were recruited as part of the second phase of the panel
In total 984 residents took part in this survey which covered five broad areas:
- Accessibility of Local Services.
- Job Satisfaction.
- Satisfaction with the Council's Performance.
- Policing.
- Neighbourhoods.
