Our Performance

The council has identified a total of 152 performance indicators and targets covering most of the services we provide.

They are grouped under the following nationally specified headings:

  • Corporate Health.
  • Education.
  • Social Services.
  • Housing and Related Services.
  • Environment.
  • Cultural and Related Services.
  • Community Safety.
  • Community Legal Service.

To obtain performance indicator data about public perceptions of the services we provide a general user satisfaction survey has been undertaken. The results are set out and analysed in the survey report which includes details of the base number of respondents and confidence intervals for each question.
