Youth Opportunities Fund

Groups of young people in North Lincolnshire can apply for a share of £493,500 over the next three years to help improve 'things to do and places to go'.

North Lincolnshire Council's Youth Service will manage the Government Fund with X-Press, the North Lincolnshire Youth Forum. The funding panel made up of young people 13-19 years old will decide how much each group is granted.

The cash can be used to:

  • Organise trips
  • Events
  • Buy equipment
  • Open a building.

Applications are invited from groups of young people:

  • Aged 13 - 19 years
  • With access to a bank account
  • Who have support from an adult.

Young people with disabilities can also apply up to the age of 25 years.

There is a limit of £3,500 on how much groups can apply for new activities. Groups applying for funding to change and improve buildings may apply for more.

For application forms and enquiries, contact the Youth Service on 01724 297214. Alternatively click on the document below.
