The School Nursing Service is part of the Primary Care Trust (PCT). It works mainly with families with school aged children. The service is available to school nurses who are based throughout North Lincolnshire. There is a designated nurse for each school.
The aim of the service is to promote young people's health and well being, in order to allow them to fulfil their maximum potential emotionally, physically and educationally. |
