Choices Health Clinics - North Lincolnshire PCT

Choices is a free, friendly and confidential service provided exclusively for young people in North Lincolnshire. It gives young people a chance to discuss any health problems or personal worries: e.g. relationship advice, bullying, peer pressure, stress, self image, healthy eating, free contraception and advice, smoking, alcohol and drugs information.

The service covers the whole of the North Lincolnshire area.

The clinics are run as a drop-in service and are based on self referral, or anyone can refer a young person.
