Health Visiting Service (North Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust).
Service Offered:

The Health Visiting Service is part of the Primary Care Trust. It works mainly with families that have pre-school children.

The service is available from health visitors who are based in places such as children’s centres, doctor’s surgeries and health centres throughout North Lincolnshire.

The main aim of the service is to support families with pre-school children to allow the children to reach their maximum potential. This is in relation to their physical, mental, emotional and psychological development.

The service is for all families who have a pre-school child.
Geographical area:
The service covers the whole of North Lincolnshire.
How to refer:
Referrals can be made directly to the service by anybody.

8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday throughout the year.
