Promotion and continued development of partnership working across all agencies.

Commitment to effective information sharing across agencies.

The service is for all children and young people in North Lincolnshire.

The service is for everyone working with children, young people and their families.

Geographical area:
The Children's Trust Pathfinder works across the whole of North Lincolnshire.
How to refer:
We do not require referrals, you can contact us via post, telephone or email.
Access:

access is available for people visually impaired and/or hearing impaired. facilities are available for wheelchair users and push chairs. Toilets for disabled and changing facilities are available, interpretors can be arrange for people not speaking english as a first language

Opening Times:

9am-5pm Monday to Friday
