Service Offered:

Supporting People funds housing related support services. We are not a support provider instead we contract with, and pay organisations to deliver a wide range of housing related support services.

Supporting People is about helping vulnerable people to live independently in the community. The type of support provided can range from support with benefits and budgeting, developing domestic and life skills, advocacy, advice, liaison and support to set up and maintain a home.

The attached directory (PDF) fully lists the housing related support services funded by the Supporting People programme in North Lincolnshire and the organisations, which provide them.

Vulnerable adults over the age of 16.
Geographical area:
All of North Lincolnshire.

Access:
Organisations provide a range of access support services.
