Neighbourhood

Five area teams were formed from a workforce combining staff from grounds maintenance, street cleansing and parks management.

The five areas are:

1. Scunthorpe North - parts of Scunthorpe north of the A18 (Mortal Ash, Queensway, Kingsway) from Forest Pines in the east to Gunness in the west, including Appleby, Burton-upon-Stather and Alkborough.
2. Scunthorpe South - parts of Scunthorpe south of the A18 (Mortal Ash, Queensway, Kingsway) including Messingham and Burringham.
3. Isle of Axholme - everything west of the Trent.
4. Barton and environs - including North and South Killingholme, Barrow-upon-Humber, Barton-upon-Humber, South Ferriby, Winteringham and Winterton.
5. Brigg and environs - including Kirmington, Elsham, Broughton, Brigg, Hibaldstow, Redbourne and Kirton Lindsey.
