North Lincolnshire Council's funding and programmes service offers a unique package of funding advice, support, and project management to all externally funded projects within North Lincolnshire.
The council's funding and programmes service:
- Co-ordinates acquisition by lobbying and supports the development of funding bid applications on behalf of the council and it's partners
- Provides advice and guidance to community and voluntary groups to help them locate and secure external funding for projects
- Aims to utilise all possible funding opportunities to enhance and develop the local region, transforming North Lincolnshire towards a better future for all
- Is responsible for monitoring internally and externally funded projects, which are being delivered by the Strategic Regeneration Housing and Development unit
- Provides a straightforward project pack for successful project monitoring
- Undertakes visits to projects to offer advice and guidance
- Provides a wide range of expertise and knowledge of funding streams using well-known systems as well as internal protocols to ensure that projects are delivered and monitored successfully to secure financial probity
- Offers advice and support from eligibility criteria of expenditure and outputs, to correct audit procedures to ensure successful delivery of projects.
