There are a number of Industrial Estates in the area. There is also a wide variety of commercial premises for lease, rent or sale.

The council’s commercial, industrial land and building portfolio consists of:
- Approximately 60 industrial units
- 20 miscellaneous premises
- 145 ground leases
- Hundreds of acres of land available for development
