Business location service
The Business location service at North Lincolnshire Council has an extensive knowledge of commercial sites and property that is available in the area. The service is free and confidential and can be tailored to meet your needs. We can access over 300 sites and premises. These are on our comprehensive property database from both the public and private sector.
The database is updated on monthly basis. This enables us to provide a comprehensive and professional service.
Enquiries
We respond to all enquiries within 48 hours and follow them up two weeks later.
The data consists of a hard copy print out. This includes the following information: full address; type; size; price; brief description and photograph.
Council owned land and buildings
Commercial land and buildings owned by the council are managed by the Commercial Property team.
