Doing business with the council

Each year the council spends millions of pounds on a wide range of supplies, services and works.

If you are interested in selling to the council, please take a look at our current tenders and contracts.

North Lincolnshire Council holds regular events to help local businesses know how the tender and contract arrangements work if you want to sell to the council. For further information please see our business events page.

North Lincolnshire Council procurement concordat for SMEs

North Lincolnshire Council recognises the important contribution that small and medium enterprises (SME) can make to the delivery of public services and the vital role these play in the national and local economy.

We have adopted a nationally recognised SME friendly procurement concordat, to encourage a mixed range of suppliers to help develop and stimulate a varied and competitive market place.

The concordat is particularly focused on small businesses of less than 50 employees.

From 1 April 2011, new public sector contract opportunities can be found on the Government's new Contracts Finder system, which will be accessible from businesslink.gov.uk.
