Description
The council has seven Local Link offices. They provide a single access point for all council services and a range of non-council services. Local Link staff provide high quality customer services to all residents of North Lincolnshire.
Customers benefit from having all council services available in one place. They also have the chance to access services provided by other organisations. Some of these organisations hold regular surgeries in the Local Links, including:
- Citizens Advice Bureau
- Connexions
- Department of Work and Pensions
- Lone Parent Advisor
- Registrar
- Local councillors
And, if you can’t get to one of the council’s Local Link offices, HomeLink staff can visit you at home.
