Nuisance

Nuisance defines a range of issues, which can include noise, smoke, light and filthy premises.

Nuisance experienced by victims can be very distressing and detrimental to their health. The council takes all reports seriously and will investigate. If a statutory nuisance is identified appropriate legal action may be taken.
