Each year North Lincolnshire Council receives hundreds of reports of fly-posting. We treat all reports seriously and investigate and take enforcement action whenever possible. However, due to the high number of reports we are generally only able to investigate and take action when we have the contact details of the person reporting the incident. Your contact details allow us to question you to gather all the necessary intelligence so that we may effectively target resources and investigations and feedback the outcome to you. We always strive for effective resolutions and respect confidentiality. Should you not wish to give your contact details or only wish to report a general matter regarding fly-posting, please use the comments e-form. Your report will be acted upon but we cannot guarantee that an investigation and enforcement action will follow.
