Free school meals application

Conditions

Only families that receive the following are eligible for free school meals for children in full time education:

Income support.
Income based job seeker's allowance.
Employment support allowance (income related).
Child tax credit with annual income below £16,190 and no working tax credit allowance.
The four-week 'run on' of working tax credit.

We will check your entitlement against the Department of Education (DofE) database. If you stop receiving the above benefits or have a change in your circumstances please tell us immediately by calling 01724 297217.
